Flexible Selling Options: Whether you want to sell your items directly to us or prefer consignment, we’ve got you covered. Our consignment option includes a 30% commission, marketing your items for 90 days. If they don’t sell, you can pick them up or donate them to us.
Estate Liquidation Services: We offer comprehensive estate liquidation services, perfect for those preparing a home for sale. Our team will clear out household items in exchange for a donation. If there aren’t enough items to donate, we offer the service for a minimum of $1,800.
Real Estate Services: Specializing in trust and probate sales, we help clients sell their homes, especially during challenging times like the loss of a loved one.
Community Involvement: We partner with a non-profit organization that raises scholarships for kids in need. You can donate items at our shop, and we’ll transfer them to the non-profit.
Monthly Flea Market: South Pas Flea Market
Join us on the third Saturday of every month from 9 AM to 3 PM for our flea market! It’s a fantastic opportunity for small businesses to sell their art, crafts, and vintage items. Located at 920 Meridian Ave, South Pasadena, CA 91030.
